They find her and everybody sings and dances happily ever after. So Mahesh & cult decides to go find Mantha.
With the addition of Ramesh, the cult has now been fully restored to its former glory. Can't beat them ? Join them ! While Mahesh is after Ramesh, Mantha leaves as things got a little too dull and boring for her taste. So he sadly accepts his defeat and joins the cult. Since Ramesh is the only sane character in this entire movie, he knows when to quit. As the new and improved cult leader, he makes it clear to Ramesh that he will never leave him alone and he will stalk Ramesh until he re-joins the cult. After he is content with the recruits, Mahesh decides there is not a chance in hell that he will let Rao Ramesh live in peace. Except Rao Ramesh, the older cult members who left earlier also join in. He manages to rope in the remaining character artists in Tollywood that were missing earlier. He travels the world looking for new recruits. Demented Mantha empowers mental Mahesh to recruit more cult members. Mantha is understandably upset with the size of Mahesh's cult. Mahesh instantly forgets his father's recent death and is ecstatic that he met some one even more insane than him and his entire family combined. And if some one is out of that radius she drags them in. Mantha's singing and dancing radius is 1000 miles. Satyaraj wanted to sing and dance with the people in a 10 mile radius. Ergo Her holy craziness, Lady Samantha is introduced. At this point, the director has decided to crank up the crazy. With the untimely demise of their beloved cult leader, cult members start leaving. Fortunately for the audience Rao Ramesh is in that radius. Satyaraj cannot live happily unless he is singing and dancing with every single person with in a 10 mile radius. Rao Ramesh, the not so good brother-in-law of the truly good Satyaraj gets tired of all the singing, dancing and declares that he is leaving the cult. She and her father immediately disappear without a trace. Not wanting to go through insulin therapy and whatnot, she breaks up with him. But Kajal discovers that Mahesh's family is so sweet that they infected her with type 2 diabetes. Mahesh (Satyaraj's son) and Kajal fall in love.
He decides that he and Kajal will have to join the good singing and dancing cult. Kajal's father is Satyaraj's good friend. Him, his good wife, her 3 good brothers and 1 not so good brother, their good wives, their good kids and the good paint factory workers are all part of a good singing and dancing cult. Satyaraj along with his family owns a paint factory worth 400 crores. A few missing artists are brought in later so that they won't feel left out. Then all the character artists ever known to Tollywood are introduced. That some one in question is Mahesh Babu. Roughly 2 hours into the movie Vennela Kishore asks Mahesh Babu the burning question the entire audience desperately wanted an answer to: "Why are you doing something so stupid ?" The movie starts with Samantha explaining that she is crazy and she has found some one who is equally crazy.
